Legend
FloraSports:  Where and when did you attend High School?
Coach Leib:   Flora High School 1982- 1986

FloraSports:  Where did you go to college?
Coach Leib:  2 years at Olney Central College, 2 years at Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL

FloraSports:  How long have you been coaching basketball and where?
Coach Leib:  18 years total, stayed on at Northern as a graduate Assistant 1yr., Assistant at
Bradley University Peoria, IL1yr., Henry-Senachwine Junior High 6yrs. and Henry-Senachwine
High School 2yrs., Flora High School 9yrs.

FloraSports:  When not coaching, what do you enjoy doing?
Coach Leib:  Spending time with my Family and singing in a Southern Gospel Quartet.

FloraSports:  What is your favorite quote/saying?
Coach Leib:  “The quality of a man’s life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence”
Vince Lombardi

FloraSports:  As the season progressed last year, you could really see the underclassmen
starting to get comfortable on the court.  Will that experience they gained last year carryover to
this one?
Coach Leib:    I hope so.  The underclassmen showed great improvement thru-out the year.
They got great experience and were still very competitive.

FloraSports:  What will the 2009/2010 Flora Wolves have to do to be successful?
Coach Leib:  We will have to play some tough defense, rebound well, and execute on offense,
taking quality shots

FloraSports:  You have your leading scorer back (and only a sophomore) from last year’s
team.  How important is that?
Coach Leib:   That is very important, and he is a tremendous worker.  He will draw a lot of tough
defensive matchups, but I think he will be up to the challenge. Plus we have some others who be
able to lighten the load for him a bit.

FloraSports:   Looking at the roster, you look to be tall and quick on the perimeter will that lead
to some favorable mismatches?
Coach Leib:   I think so.  We have some kids that have really worked on there shooting and
there quickness.  We have a couple of athletes that will be able to play the perimeter and the
post.

FloraSports:   Bench depth is an important asset often overlooked?  Who do you have coming
off the bench this year?
Coach Leib: To early to tell. But we have some kids who will be able step in and give us some
depth.

FloraSports:  This year’s Flora Wolves will have some height and size under the basket.  Who
will be banging the boards for those all important rebounds this year?
Coach Leib:   Hopefully Bryton Krutsinger , Kole Greenwood, and Nick Painter

FloraSports:  Who are your seniors this year?
Coach Leib:  Bryton Krutsinger, Mac Earleywine and Mychal Bush-King

FloraSports:  Who are your assistant coaches?
Coach Leib:   Louie Lusk, Junior Varsity Coach, Troy Thomas, F/S Coach , Aaron Wolfe
Assistant F/S Coach,  and Andy Knapp Volunteer Assistant Coach
